Monique Hull

Founder Atlas International Coaches ICF Accredited Professional Coach

Monique Hull, founder of Atlas International Coaches and a certified professional coach, is the daughter of a German mother and an American father with international work assignments. Growing up, Monique experience many different countries and cultures.

She received her MBA at Thunderbird, Global School of International Management. Monique spent the next 15+ years navigating the globe working for multinational blue chip organisations with a wide range of brands and teams in many countries. This offered her the opportunity to fine tune her skills in various environments, from team meetings where every participant was from a different country to presenting to a management board that did not speak her native language. She has lived and understands the complexities of working in international positions and companies.

An international position is seen by many as a way to fast track a career, and whilst many global organizations have the expectation of international experience to progress to higher levels within the organization, the success rate of these international assignments (40%) is viewed by these very organisations as questionable.

Monique can help navigate the challenges offered by an international role. She will partner on goal setting, both personal and organisational, and goal achievement. She will support in the navigation of cultural differences in interactions with teams and leaders to build a track record of success. Monique's coaching offers the ability for any individual to thrive in an international setting.

James Wilson

My name is James Wilson, a certified professional Life Coach, specializing in assisting the Expat community. Over the past 11 years, I have personally experienced the challenges and triumphs of living away from my home country. From learning a new language to forging new connections and dealing with the absence of loved ones, I understand the complexities of this significant life change and the emotional toll it can take.

Studies show that up to 20 percent of expats return early due to displeasure or difficulties adjusting to their overseas assignment. Those challenges can also extend to the difficulties faced by their families.

With over 14 years as a mental health practitioner, I have worked with a diverse range of people from every corner of the world. I have successfully worked with my clients, empowering them to not just cope but thrive in their new surroundings.
